The criteria covering the coded messages serve to detect certain messages in the report cards, such as students with learning or behaviour problems or students who are not putting in the effort and results that would correspond to their capacities. The detection can be done for all subjects or for specific subjects. | |||

Values to locate in coded message 1 or 2, depending on the selection. The

Missing message | To locate a message coded Missing, 1 or 2, depending on the type selected, which is normally expected considering the evaluation model of the subject-section. | ||
Alert type |
Colour used to
highlight the alert in the student record and in the personnel's alert
box. The pulldown menu proposes the types of alert defined by the school
("None" by default). The selection of the type of alert can also
